Post Sale Review

The pictures were taken on Wednesday 11th January – 4 days after the auction and following the first three sunny days for the eight weeks!.

These were Lots 04 Junior and 26 Admiral at our 2012 sale. They were withheld for service at the stud after reserve prices were not met.

Junior

Junior is displaying over 40 points at two years of age. This will easily be the best head I have seen on a two year old stag. Check out the video below. We are planning to sell limited semen from him this roar, subject to collection. It will be sold on a "first in first served" basis.

Admiral

Admiral has some storm damaged brow tine and the buyers at the sale seemed to get stuck on that. We like look past that and see a magnificent 27+ points. At only two years old just imagime what he'll become in the years ahead. We suspect his head will be better than Sir Tristram's (whom we paid $40,000 for at the Stanfield sale last year at the same age.) Having said that, he is not in the same league as Junior
